We've worked through several issues and overall, I give All County Chesapeake very high marks. They are a very polite, professional and responsive firm to work with. Only suggestion- the payment portal is too costly. Bring the cost down and we might reconsider using the portal. Two other management companies we have used in the past had no fees for paying rent on their portal.

You have done pretty much all that was requested and needed addressing. Parking is still an issue, and there are a bunch of residential tenants who tell their friends to park in the lot. They are loud drunken and low life. My vehicle has been dinged 3 times by these individuals. I confronted one and he pulled a knife. I just want a safe place to conduct business and park my car.
